C-Rural Dead-end & Buried Line Wire Dead-end C-Rural Wire Dead-ends are an inexpensive way of safely dead-ending one pair aerial distribution wire to a drive hook or eye bolt. They keep the lines up and costs down by simple hand application without tools of any kind. Their design assures long maintenance free service life. Buried Line Wire Dead-ends are used for overhead construction applications of buried line wire. The designs have raised the bar in the industry by focusing on every aspect of the machines and making sure that our equipment was designed using the latest in technology. Our approach to this part of the project was to take a "proactive" rather than a "reactive" roll in addressing the customer¡¯s needs. These designs include a complete new approach to such things as safety and operator controls. We introduced lift off draw boxes, self-storing grippers, two hand two speed jog systems and controls. (I find it interesting to note that, in most cases, when the competitor finds that we are bidding a job they will re-quote. Sometimes, they will quote a different machine. They will add whatever features they think will be necessary to make them competitive. In most cases these features are included in our original quote and are standard on our equipment) These, along with other improvements, allowed us to include a three-year warranty as standard on our wire drawing equipment.
